The KIT ZLR is a compact and robust motion conversion mechanism designed to transform linear displacement into rotary motion, enabling the use of rotary potentiometers or digital optical encoders for precise circuit breaker contact motion measurements. Its versatility and reliability make it an essential accessory for breaker testing teams, commissioning engineers, and field technicians.
The KIT ZLR is the ideal solution when space is limited or when installing a traditional linear displacement sensor is difficult. Thanks to its universal mechanical base, it can be installed on a wide variety of circuit breakers, including oil circuit breakers, Mitsubishi SFMT models, and any breaker where a linear kit is impractical.
The integrated Cclamp mounting system ensures fast, stable, and accurate installation directly on the breaker structure.
Fully compatible with all Zensol rotary sensors, including ZRT series potentiometers and ZOT2000 digital optical encoder, the KIT ZLR also supports the integration of other transducers
upon request.
