The CBA series is a family of circuit breaker test analyzer, designed to perform timing & motion analysis on all types of circuit breakers. It tests the mechanical performances of the breaker (speed of the break, etc.) and checks the synchronization standards of breakers contacts.

Main advantages:

• Test all types of breakers from 3 to 30 contacts, including circuit switchers.

The GEN series is a family of universal recloser analyzers designed to test all types of reclosers.

Main advantages:

• Test all types of recloser controls such as Cooper (F3, F4, F5, F6, etc.), Westinghouse (ESV), ABB (PCD, etc.), NULEC, Schweitzer (SEL 351, SEL 651, etc.) or equivalent.

• Able to generate automatically the protection curves.

• Specialized in the recloser measurement.

The SIM series is a family of circuit breaker simulators. It is like a portable substation.

• The SIM-CB: simulates/replicates the reactions of the breaker when the protection relay operates. This instrument is ideal for people working in protection relays department.

The SIM-CB 3 and the SIM-CB 6 are training aid instruments.

• The SIM-CB 3 helps you simulate any type of circuit breakers and its related control cabinet up to 3 contacts.

• The SIM-CB 6 has the same functions as the SIM-CB 3, but allow to test up to 9 contacts.

The TAP-4 is a very innovative product, which tests on-load tap changers. The TAP-4 uses a vibro-acoustic method developed by Hydro-Québec. The test can be done on-line or off-line and allows you to detect a wide variety of problems such as coking, drive mechanism problem, synchronism problem, contact wear, etc. It is the only product on the market able to test everything in only one test.

Main advantages:

• A targeted and effective maintenance of the OLTCs.

• No downtime as test is short and performed on-line.

• Has been validated on many types of transformers (MR Reinhausen, ABB, Ferranti, Federal Pioneer, etc.). It can be applied on any equivalent.

• For use in high voltage environment.

The CBV is the only instrument able to test HV circuit breakers thanks to vibration measurements. It allows you to detect mechanical anomalies in the circuit breaker drive mechanisms and other moving parts in the interrupting chamber.
